2. No Binding Offer

All horses advertised on this website are not offered as binding contracts of sale. Listings do not constitute a legal offer.

A horse is only considered reserved or sold once a formal agreement has been reached, confirmed in writing by both parties, and payment has been received in accordance with the agreed terms.

We reserve the right to withdraw any horse from sale at any time without prior notice.

3. Horse Information & Suitability

All descriptions, including temperament, ability, and suitability, are provided as professional opinions based on experience and observation.

These descriptions are subjective and non-binding and should not be relied upon as guarantees.

It remains the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any horse viewed or purchased is suitable for their own requirements, experience level, and intended use.

4. Veterinary Information, X-Rays & Pre-Purchase Examinations

Where available, veterinary certificates, 5-stage vetting results, and X-rays are provided for transparency purposes only.

These documents are shared to assist prospective buyers in their own assessment and do not constitute any warranty or guarantee of future health, soundness, or performance.

We strongly recommend that all purchasers conduct their own independent veterinary examination prior to purchase.

5. Sales Livery Horses

Horses presented under our sales livery programme are professionally produced to enhance training, presentation, and marketability.

Whilst every care is taken to produce horses correctly and sympathetically, no guarantee is given regarding future competition results, progression, or performance outcomes.

Training and development are ongoing and may evolve over time.

6. Viewing, Trials & Assessment

Viewings are strictly by appointment only.

We reserve the right to refuse viewings, trials, or ridden assessments at our discretion.

Any trial rides or mounted assessments are undertaken at the rider’s own risk. Appropriate riding attire, including an approved riding helmet, is required at all times.

7. International Clients & Export

We are pleased to assist international clients and offer remote viewings via video call (including FaceTime or similar platforms).

We also provide guidance and support regarding the export process. However, all transport, export, import regulations, and third-party services remain the responsibility of the buyer and/or appointed agents.

We accept no liability for delays, costs, or issues arising from international transport or customs procedures.

8. Third-Party Information

Some information provided on this website may originate from third parties, including previous owners, breeders, or external records.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or correctness of third-party information.
